Bearded Dragon Skin Diseases? - bearded dragon skin cancer

I see a bearded dragon for someone because of the hurricane. He said he is very old. I know nothing about them. I have never seen before. He looks very thin and does not think he eats what I give. She said he did not eat much. It has white patches on the skin, like behind the head on his shoulder and leg a bit. Looks like a fungus to me ... not resolved from the skin. Could it be? If so, what can I do to help. He did not move much. Just kind of siege there. He wants to move his legs and lifted his head when I take it. They just sent fruit and vegetables for him, but I read that eating meat for so I gave him a worm last night. Do not touch. Okay, I'm worried because I know what I'm doing? Or something wrong? I have a different person, and two lizards of any kind, including any other person, and they all look fat and happy and have beautiful skin. Well, one of them lost, but it seems that the normal variations you see that a snake or something. Thanks for any help. Ofor the next day I'm not buying anything ... so .... Even after the storm, I'm in a small town and there is no shop for pets or as here.
