Plain-colored shirt, maybe not. But one thing is clear, no doubt. You never want sequin sequined shift. (It hurts the eyes) Try something like a higher level of cute (no T-shirt). It will depend also depends where you are. Clubbing: something sexy. Family Dinner: Throw on a cardigan! And definitely wear heels show off your legs!

thats a top of a bright colors like turquoise or purple. then with a small pass, and maybe a vest on that point. and the use of mesh skirt and boots.
